The Music Festival was born in 2002, when Senigallia supported an initiative involving the most important european cities every year.

It is an international event that occurs simultaneously, on 21th June, with the other european cities: music professionals and amateurs play and sing in the streets, squares, and parks of Senigallia as street musicians.
